- Do you have a Google+ Account?
- If you already have an account please proceed to Step 2. Note: If you already have an account with Gmail, YouTube or another Google Product the account is the same for Google+
- If you do not have an account, you will need to sign up: Navigate to www.google.com and click on the “+You” in the upper left of the screen.
Click on the blue “Create an Account” button in the bottom center.
- Once you are logged in to your account please go to the CXPA Page on Google+ and “Follow” the page:
- Next, click “Posts” found below the follow button. Once there you will see “Google+ Hangouts with our CX Experts.”
- During the course of the Hangout we encourage you to use the chat function that is part of your Hangout Screen.
- Feel free to post questions in the chat, and a moderator will bring these questions to the attention of the experts.
- Please remember to be respectful of all questions and comments.
Note: If you do not have or wish to create a Google+ account, live viewing is available at the CXPA YouTube Channel. The recording will also remain available on YouTube following the actual Hangout.
