Past MVP Award Winners

Several times each year we are delighted to recognize CXPA members who have gone “above and beyond” the call of duty. “MVPs" are Members Volunteering Passionately. It is not easy to juggle life and work and then volunteer opportunities on top of it all, but the people we recognize do just that and they do it with a peaceful and positive attitude.

These individuals recognize that we are truly a community of people here to support one another in advancing the Customer Experience industry. We look forward to recognizing more of our members in the future as CXPA is very reliant on the significant efforts and contributions made by members, for members.

Barbie Fink

Barbie and Tracy took it upon themselves to put together an absolutely outstanding CXPA Best Practice Visit hosted by Adobe. With both working very hard in their roles at Adobe, they still managed to set aside the time and attention to plan and execute a well thought-out, educational, full day workshop at the San Jose Adobe office. It is well worth recognizing our gracious hosts who continue to bring new examples of best practices to CXPA members. Thank you Barbie and Tracy!
