              Will I be able to take the CCXP exam? 

              Yes, you can take the CCXP exam at the conference. The Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) Designation is for practitioners who want to be recognized for their expertise and skills while defining standards and best practices for the industry. Please submit your application and exam fee early to ensure you are eligible to sit for the exam here

              At this year’s Insight Exchange you will have the unique opportunity to sit for the exam on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 1:00 PM. Submit your application now to secure your seat.                 What is the cancellation and refund policy? 

                All refunds are subject to CXPA approval, as well as administrative and transaction fees.

                Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 100% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.

                Cancellations received between 8 - 20 days prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.

                Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to start of Insight Exchange start date will not be refunded.

                  Are meals included? 

                  A heavy hors d’ouerve reception is provided on Monday, April 27th.  Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are provided for all conference registrants on April 28th and 29th.  Many attendees join others for Dine Around dinners during the conference for an opportunity for small group conversation. We encourage you to explore Dine Around options or Disney Springs for dinner options. Please browse nearby restaurants here.
