CX Day

Each year on the first Tuesday in October, the CX community celebrates the professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen - a celebration known as CX Day.

It’s an opportunity to recognize great customer work, discover professional development opportunities, and strengthen professional networks.

There are many ways to celebrate CX Day: 

  • online with the global CXPA community
  • by attending a local CXPA Network event
  • at your own company celebration   

CX Day 2019 was a smashing success, engaging thousands CX practitioners through in-person and online events. Thanks to traditional media and social media coverage, CX Day messages reached over 23 million people.  The video below presents a recap, and recorded content from CX Day 2019 is available here.
