Connect With Others

CXPA is a community by members, for members. Whenever there is interest by members to come together and collaborate, CXPA wants to support such gatherings – whether through an online community, mentoring relationship, or local CXPA Network.

The options for coming together are limitless, but here’s a guide to our most popular types of involvement:

These groups are comprised of CXPA members and guests in a city, state or region who come together several times throughout the year to support and advance the CX community in that area. Join Networks near you, and view information about Networks in areas you may visit by browsing the CXPA Networks.

Member-Created Communities

These groups are comprised of CXPA members who have common interests, characteristics or goals and want to collaborate with like-minded people. Examples of member-created communities include industry interest circles, project-based collaborations, and meet-ups of event attendees. Browse the current groups by selecting “Member-Created Community” in the dropdown search below.

It’s the involvement in my local CXPA community that has had by far the most significance. As a member of the events planning committee and an attendee of almost every event, I have made so many connections in the CX community, connections that have resulted in new friends, interesting lunches and happy hours, and this openness and willingness to share our CX struggles, secrets and successes with like-minded people. All that has been because of the CXPA.”
