Volunteer & Workgroup Opportunities

CXPA accomplishes its work thanks to the time and talent contributed by CXPA members who work both independently and in collaborative workgroups to advance the practice of customer experience. Being a CXPA volunteer allows you to take a deep dive into a topic of interest to you, strengthening your knowledge while also demonstrating your leadership in the CX community. 

A variety of opportunities are available, and most can be completed without the need for travel. Use the Guide below to get to know the main volunteer opportunities which are recruited in September - November for service in the ensuing calendar year.  Information on the application process will be posted here and shared in CXPA communications when applications open.

In addition to annual appointments, additional opportunities do arise for specific projects, which are advertised via the CXPA Open Forum, member emails, and newsletters. Alternatively, schedule a conversation with a staff member in your area of interest to explore opportunities.  You can schedule with staff here.

(Note: Membership is required to apply and serve as a CXPA volunteer leader.)
