Bio

I am a senior customer experience management professional, specializing in customer-centric change within organizations. I created and currently lead the customer experience program for a global company. Central to my success has been the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and influence decision makers to consider the business opportunities of customer-centric business improvements. 

I have a diverse background working in Marketing, IT, Project Management, Digital media, Film, Architecture and the Commercial Arts. I have led teams in the past and have been a part of as well as led large and small-scale projects. 

I am certified by the Customer Experience Professionals Association as a Customer Experience Professional (2016), have a Diploma of Marketing from BCIT (2006) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from the University of British Columbia (1994), as well as completing various certifications in Strategic Management (2017).
